FAQ

  • What is your return/exchange/cancellation policy?

Original Artwork: All original art sales are final. Cancellations, exchanges and refunds are not available.

Art Prints: All art print sales are final. Refunds and returns are not available as all art prints are created when your order is placed.

Cancellation may be requested via email but cannot be guaranteed since prints are often printed immediately after ordering.

Any damaged, lost, or stolen art prints must be reported within seven days of delivery. When reporting damage you must share your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the exterior and interior view of the packaging that the artwork arrived in. Damaged, lost, or stolen artwork will be replaced. No refunds will be given.

  • Shipping?

Artwork will ship using USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your artwork to arrive, though it typically is there much faster.

Most orders are double packaged to protect against damage in transit and we only use archival safe packaging materials. Prints are protected with acid free tissue paper and are sealed with premium shrink wrap to make sure your orders arrive in pristine condition.

  • What type of paper are they printed on?

All prints are automatically printed on unframed canvas. They can be printed on heavy artist paper upon request.
